Terms and Conditions:
Deposit upon signing 10%1st Payment: day one of site excavation 20%
2nd Payment: steel laid ready to pour floor of pool 20%
3rd Payment: Walls cement work finished 15%
4th Payment: tiles completed 15%
5th Payment: Sand wash and pump house completed 10%
6th Payment: connection of pumps and filters 10%
The Purchaser is responsible for the following items:
- Power and water to the worksite, clear and safe work environment
- Supplying of town supply water to fill the pool upon completion.
- Mains electricity / water to the pump house.
- Clear site access for equipment to construct the said Pool
